Over the summer we had some great all section meetings! But, with the recent rise in Covid-19 cases in our area, we thought it would be best to resort back to virtual meetings for Rovers until our area surge is over.
At this meeting, we thought we’d share some information on invasive critters in the San Antonio area.
We recently attended a San Antonio River Authority training on invasive apple snails in the San Antonio River, so we are going to share what we’ve learned! We will go over the snail and egg identification, how to get involved, and things you can do to help keep these snails from destroying the native river wildlife.
